Alan is the Director of Emergency Department of the Redcliffe Hospital. He has steadfastly embraced the evolving challenges in the workforce landscape of emergency medicine, focusing on creating a culture that can sustain work force longevity and well-being while simultaneously providing quality service delivery to the community we serve. He is also the Chair of Clinical Council of Redcliffe Hospital. He is a father of 3 and passable runner during his spare time.
